How to export, print, and share schedules

Every generated view exports cleanly with your institution branding. For the wider school, publish read-only public links instead of attaching files.

  1. 1

    Pick the right view

Use /views to switch between Class view, Teacher view, and Room view. Each view exports with a tailored layout.

  2. 2

    Export to PDF or Excel

Use the Export menu on any timetable. Choose a single-view PDF, a bundled PDF (one PDF per class or per teacher), or an Excel file for downstream tools.

  3. 3

    Print wall charts

Use Print preview to confirm pagination and orientation, then print from the browser. Landscape A3 works well for a staff-room wall.

  4. 4

    Publish a public link

Open the Share controls on /timetable. The weekly link is /t/<slug>/timetable; the exam link is /t/<slug>/exam-timetable. Both render read-only views with your branding — visitors pick a class and view the schedule without signing in.

    Use the short school-code URL

Hand out the compact /s/<code>/timetable URL (it redirects to the slug). Useful for printed notices and parent messages.
